In 2019, I made a bold decision:

I would step into the world of content creation for my real estate business.

At the time, I had no audience, no real following, and very little success (I had only done 1 or 2 deals at the time).

But what I did have was a passion for real estate and a desire to share, learn, and collab.

So, I hit record on YouTube, not knowing exactly where it would lead, but believing that if I showed up consistently and authentically, good things would follow.

That decision changed everything. In less than a year, YouTube transformed my business and my life. I went from being another face in the real estate industry to becoming a trusted voice that people turned to for guidance, inspiration, and strategy. My content started opening doors, creating opportunities I never would have imagined, and connecting me with people I never would have met otherwise. What started as a simple experiment quickly became a powerful engine for growth—helping me raise capital, close deals, attract coaching clients, and build a brand that was bigger than myself.

In short, it helped me build three mid-six-figure businesses!

I believe that content creation isn’t just about marketing; it’s about connection. In real estate, where so many rely on cold calls, ads, or spreadsheets, I’ve found that the most powerful tool we have is our story. YouTube gives us the ability to show people who we are, what we stand for, and why they should trust us.
